Support & ticketing for teams

Raise it, route it, resolve it — and see the whole picture.

TixSolve gives your team a proper support workflow. Someone hits a problem and raises a ticket in seconds. It goes straight to the department that owns it. Everyone involved can see its status until it is resolved — and the dashboard tells you how the team is really doing.

Everything the workflow needs, nothing it doesn't

Most teams run support out of a chat group and a spreadsheet. It works until it doesn't — until nobody knows who is handling what, or how many issues came in last month. TixSolve gives that same work a structure, without turning it into a second job.

Raise a ticket in seconds

Pick the team, the type of issue and a priority, drop in a screenshot, describe the problem, submit. No training required — most people get it on their first try.

Straight to the right people

Every ticket is routed to the department that owns it, and can cover several teams or locations at once. Nobody has to work out who to forward it to.

Status everyone can see

Open, In Progress, Waiting Vendor, Resolved. Comments and changes are kept on the ticket, so "what's happening with this?" is answered without asking anyone.

Dashboards and reports

Live totals of open, resolved and overdue work, broken down by status, team and priority — plus CSV export of any filtered view for your own reporting.

SLA deadlines that are visible

High priority resolves within 24 hours, medium 48, low 72. Open tickets are badged due soon or overdue, so nothing quietly ages in the queue.

Alerts that actually arrive

Email to the department concerned, plus desktop and phone notifications that reach people even when the browser is closed. Resolved tickets email the reporter back.

A public form for outsiders

Customers, vendors and colleagues from other departments report an issue without an account and get a reference number. It lands in the same queue.

Roles and permissions you define

Decide which departments each role can see, who may assign work, who may publish. Your structure, not a vendor's idea of it.

Status board and SOP library

Publish system status, announcements and standard procedures so the answer is written down once, not retyped every week.

How it works

Four steps, from a problem someone notices to a number you can put in a monthly report.

Someone raises it

Anyone on the team picks the department and issue type, sets a priority, adds a screenshot and submits. People outside the team use the public form instead.

The right people hear

Everyone in the department concerned is emailed and notified on desktop and phone, with a link straight to the ticket. Supervisors see every ticket.

The status keeps moving

Someone claims it, sets it to In Progress, and resolves it with a note explaining what changed — which is emailed back to whoever raised it.

You see the pattern

The dashboard shows what is open, what is overdue and where the load sits. Export it to CSV when someone asks how the team is doing.

What is TixSolve?
TixSolve is a support and ticketing tool for teams that work together. When someone hits a problem they raise a ticket, TixSolve routes it to the department that owns it, everyone involved can see its status as it moves from Open to Resolved, and dashboards and CSV exports show how much work is coming in and how fast it is being cleared.
Who is it for?
Any team that receives issues from other people and needs a proper way to handle them — IT and helpdesk, operations, facilities and maintenance, customer support, marketing and web, HR and finance. It is built for organisations where several departments share one queue, so each department sees the tickets that belong to it while supervisors see everything.
What kinds of issues can it track?
Anything a team is asked to fix: software faults and account problems, website or system errors, equipment and facilities requests, vendor and supplier problems, data corrections, and internal requests from other departments. Categories, sub-categories, departments and locations are all configurable, so the ticket form matches the way your team already describes its work.
How does a ticket move through the workflow?
A ticket starts as Open. Someone on the responsible team claims it and sets it to In Progress, or to Waiting Vendor when it is blocked on an outside party, and finally to Resolved with a note explaining what was done. Every change and comment is kept on the ticket as a timeline, so the history of who did what and when is never lost, and the person who raised the ticket is emailed when it is resolved.
What reporting and dashboards do I get?
A live dashboard showing total tickets, how many are open, how many are resolved, the resolution rate and how many high-priority tickets are still open, with breakdowns by status and by team or location. Any filtered view of the ticket list can also be exported to CSV, so the numbers can be taken into a spreadsheet or a monthly report.
Can people outside the team report an issue without an account?
Yes. Every workspace has a public reporting page that anyone can use without signing in — customers, vendors, contractors or colleagues from other departments. The reporter leaves their name and contact, receives a reference number, and the ticket appears in the team's queue like any other.
How does the team get notified?
A new ticket emails everyone in the department it concerns, plus supervisors, each with a one-click link to the ticket. Desktop and phone push notifications can be switched on per device, so alerts arrive even when the browser is closed. Slack, Microsoft Teams and Discord can also be connected by webhook.
Are SLA deadlines tracked?
Yes. Each priority carries a response and resolution target — high priority resolves within 24 hours, medium within 48 and low within 72. Open tickets show their deadline and are badged as due soon or overdue in the list, on the ticket and in CSV exports.
